Our Role is to:
- Assist organisations in ensuring that valued employees depart their workplace with dignity and respect.
- Provide appropriate support to former employees, helping to ensure that they move to a new position as quickly as possible.

Our program delivery is:
Supportive, tailored, flexible and one-on-one. We are not transaction or process driven. We KNOW our candidates and work with them to tailor Programs to their existing needs.
We also provide psychological, behavioural and personality profiling, counselling, financial counselling, health and well being assessments, business planning and self employment support.
We're equally at home providing Career Transition Services to senior executives or administrative/supervisory staff.
